Thank you to everyone who participated in our food drive for E.C.H.O. A lot of food was donated and we were able to deliver an entire car full of non perishable items just before the Christmas holiday.Servant’s Heart Ministry also collected donations for Brandon Care Pregnancy Center (BCPC). As a result of your generosity; we were able to purchase gifts and toys for three different families and make their Christmas wishes come true. |

Brandon Care Pregnancy Center is very proud of its ministry and invites you to schedule an appointment for a tour of their center and Boutique. They are thankful for all of the people who donate generously to their ministry. Because of the donations they collect all year; they are able to give baby and mommy care items to the clients who work through their programs. Below is a list of baby and mommy care items that they collect: diapers and wipes, cribs and crib linens, bumpers and changing pads, comforters, changing tables, clothing 0-24 mo., formula and food, diaper bags and bottles, receiving blankets, shampoo, lotion and powder and all health and beauty items for Mom.
Monetary donations by check can be made out to: BCPC and mailed directly to their facility on Moon. Submit your contact information with your check and they will mail you a receipt for tax purposes. Servant’s Heart Ministry is asking local individuals and businesses to join us in supporting one of the neediest organizations in our community. E.C.H.O. (Emergency Care Help Organization) is a non profit that provides food, clothes, and household items to those who have suffered an emergency and need unexpected short term assistance. E.C.H.O.'s primary means of support comes from the generosity of the community; including local civic groups, churches, businesses, and citizens. No funding is received from any local, state, or federal funding agency. In order for E.C.H.O. to help those in need throughout the year; they are asking for food donations of the following items: Canned Goods – vegetables, potatoes, and gravy. Dried Goods - dried beans, stuffing, instant potatoes, and grits. Staple Items: peanut butter, jelly, and mayo. Servant’s Heart Ministry will be collecting these food items at ACS Connect. Throughout 2008, Servant’s Heart Ministry will be adopting local non-profit organizations whose ministry beliefs and desires for the local community strongly correlate with ours.It is our intention to multiply our gifts and talents with members of our community.We ask you to help us support the needs of E.C.H.O and the Brandon Care Pregnancy Center (BCPC) by donating items that they need all year.We will also be looking for several other non-profit organizations to support and fundraisers that our Servant’s Heart Ministry members can participate in. |
