"Impossible is Un-American," proclaims the wood plaque on Roy Jaeger's office wall. Mr. Jaeger joined ACS Connect as a principal consultant in 1987. Since becoming president in 2001, he has continued the company's focus on providing innovative solutions to forward thinking companies. Mr. Jaeger is dedicated to the comcept of mutual benefit, and to ensuring the success of each and every client. He is a member of the C12 group, Faith Tampa Bay, an avid golfer, and has served as the Chairman of the Board for Somebody Cares Tampa Bay. His true passion, however, is to connect any who seek with Jesus Christ.
Today Mr. Jaeger has personally managed, or materially assisted with more than 50 systems conversions and dozens of corporate mergers or acquisitions. As the company's principal consultant, he provides business analysis, interim executive leadership, and buyer's advocacy for the industry that ACS serves. In this capacity, Mr. Jaeger continues ACS Connect's rich history of building relationships and delivering results.

A veteran of the high tech industry, Mr. Behrens is responsible to see that our solutions are delivered as promised and that the value meets or exceeds our customer's expectations. His extensive experience in vertical high tech consumer and commercial industries ranges from start-ups to Global 500 companies. He has developed strategies and tactics for these organizations based upon a solid background for identifying and solving problems.

Mr. Robbins oversees product learning, design continuity, testing, and documentation. Experienced in the disciplines of product design and training, he is responsible to ensure continuity across all product lines and a satisfying, intuitive user experience.
