CMS does a fine job of capturing and billing customer centric costs. However, many CMS users bill by project, or work order and resort to Excel and other means to bill projects. Without altering any of the standard CMS cost capture features, ACS Connect has reoriented the entire billing process to control and bill cost by project. With the addition of a batching control by user, multiple projects for the same customer can be billed simultaneously by different users.
