Document Imaging with RapiDoX 

RapiDoX allows paper documents to be acquired and organized quickly and easily. Scans can be initiated from within RapiDoX or directly from your devices. Stacks of paper can be scanned in batches and images then “stapled” together as multiple page documents.

Once scanned, indexing images is a cinch. Virtual Documents can be predefined to validate data and provide drop-down and lookup fields. Files for “soft” documents that have never been printed can also be uploaded. After indexing, documents can be introduced into a workflow.
