Program Overview

This program was developed as a result of many successful implementations over a period of more than twenty years.  Our unique “listen, learn, change” methodology has helped us to standardize a structured implementation process that incorporates a number of best practices. We have carefully crafted the program to better set expectations during the selection phase, and help our customers realize their objectives not only during the implementation phase but throughout the entire lifecycle of the product. 

While we do not require that a customer elect to purchase every available option for implementation, training and support, we have found over time that certain options have proven to be imperative to an optimal deployment of our products. These elections now form the basis of program eligibility and lay the groundwork for a project’s long term success. The success stories that result from the ACS Connect Results Challenge will be featured in print and online in case studies and product documentation.  Examples are available upon request. 

Enrollment Eligibility

In order to enroll, each customer’s implementation must include the following three elections:

  • A qualifying implementation (Multiple Options Available)
  • Certification level training for all primary stakeholders to the project
  • A first year S3 Plan (Software Subscription & Support)

Each of these elections will be included in the agreement executed at the outset of a project.  Once enrolled, there are several requirements designed to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

Program Requirements

The following components to the program must be completed. 

  • You must accept as the basis for the program, the Functional Requirements outlined in your agreement.
  • ACS Connect and your team will agree upon a detailed Implementation Plan that specifies: Project Stakeholders; a Schedule of Deliverables, including all deliverables required of both ACS Connect and your organization; Utilization Milestones.  
  • The Pilot Training must be completed by all primary stakeholders according to the agreed upon Implementation Schedule. 
  • Exit interviews must be completed by all primary stakeholders within 30 days of Production Deployment.  The customer agrees to allow ACS Connect to feature quotes from these interviews and highlights of the project in marketing materials, case studies and on our company’s websites.  At no time will ACS Connect disclose proprietary financial or operational data. 
  • Following the Production Deployment all Utilization Milestones must be met within 30 days.

Money Back Guarantee

In order to help our customers mitigate the risks involved in any substantial software implementation, a money back guarantee is included in the program.  Upon completion of all Program Requirements, if one or more Functional Requirements have not been met, you may elect to receive a refund.  This guarantee provides for a complete refund of all fees paid for licensing and implementation services, subject to the following terms and limitations:

  • The election for a refund must be made after all program requirements have been completed, and within 60 days of the Production Deployment as defined in the Schedule of Deliverables.
  • Meeting a Functional Requirement is defined as the demonstrated ability to complete the included workflow free of processing halts. Informational (content) inaccuracies or incorrect configuration settings do not constitute failure to meet a Functional Requirement.
  • ACS Connect must certify that Resource Commander has been entirely removed from your company’s networks, and you must agree to relinquish any license to the product. 
  • As of the date of refund election, all unpaid invoices must be aged no more than 30 days.
