The result of this process is essentially a digital timesheet. The information entered includes the time spent, details such as job and cost code and any applicable notes. This type of entry can be performed in an online or offline environment. After time is entered, permission levels determine which users can approve or upload to integrated systems.

Resource Commander Mobile
Time for Employee resources can be tracked using Resource Commander on a mobile device. PDAs and smart phones with current versions of Windows Mobile® are supported. Groups of resources can also be easily tracked by a foreman or manager.

Integrated Time Clocks
Employee resources can clock in and out using an integrated time clock for Resource Commander. This method automatically calculates time based upon events, allowing time to be tracked more precisely than with manual entry. Use of biometric authentication can help to further eliminate costly mistakes and fraud.
