Yes. Resource Commander allows time to be captured once for payroll and job costing. Jobs and cost codes can be validated directly against your accounting system. They can even be filtered based on a user's permission and preferences.
Equipment is tracked lika any other type of managed resource. Just as with employee resources, Resource Commander allows you to track when and what the equipment worked on. You can even process events from an integrated wireless/GPS system.
The Virtual Map adaptor integrates with QUALCOMM's GlobalTRACS solution. Location and utilization information are fed automatically into Resource Commander and processed according to established business rules. Other adaptors are also available, all of which can feed collected data directly into your accounting system by approval and distribution through Resource Commander.
Time can be entered directly through the Resource Commander console, our optional TimeClock application, or by interface to remote data entry devices.
